Calibration and tuning
一. All tensioners have been calibrated with the corresponding
weighs and standard
enameled wires in below table:Customers may follow the steps 2
below to fine tune
for high precision and accuracy applications.
二.The measured tension values maybe slightly different with various
wire
materials. The tensioner can be calibrated with corresponding weigh
by putting
it horizontally and facing front on a table as the figure shown.
The weigh is
suspended outside the table while the testing wire is passing
through the“compensation hole” (some models do not
have it), and then operating as below
1,In testing interface, short pressed “Hold” button,
and short pressed “Record” button. Repeat three times
and long pressed “Menu Esc” button to enter the
calibration menu. The S1,S2,S3,S4 four steps testing scope
can be tuned. Short pressed 4 times" ON/OFF ENTER ZERO"
button to switch to the S1-S4 testing scope. Hang the
coresponding weigh referring to different scopes and tune
until the tension value equals to the weigh exactly.
2,For example, DTM102 tensioner with S1 : 0-250g
S2 : 251-500 g, S3: 501-750g, S4: 751-1000g The calibrating weighs
for
DTM102 are: 200g, 500g, 700g , 1000g.200g weigh is for calibrating
S1
scope, while 500g, 700g and 1000g are for S2, S3, S4 respectively
